Ayak hingga rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan garam, merica, gula pasir, dan garlic powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan air mendidih sedikit demi sedikit. Maklum, aku masih menggunakan kodak pocket camera yang fasilitasnya masih standar. Menjelang lebaran tiba bapakku banyak menerima kiriman parsel yang berisi aneka makanan dan minuman, salah satunya se-kotak cream caramel instant merk Haan, yang hampir selalu ada di setiap parsel. Waktu itu aku minta dibuatkan dessert ini oleh ibu. Duuh jadi teringat deh obsesi masa lalu yang belum kesampaian. Pokoknya harus dipraktekin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq293/viva_pipiet/CremeCaramel.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 397px; height: 359px;" src="http://i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq293/viva_pipiet/CremeCaramel.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ooo...ternyata gini tho rasanya creme caramel, lembut custardnya bercampur dengan rasa2 gula gosongnya....nikmat sekali :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Berikut resepnya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;5 btr     telur&lt;br /&gt;125gr   gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm   maizena (optional)&lt;br /&gt;500ml   susu segar&lt;br /&gt;¼ sdt    vanilli ( aku pakai 1/4 sdt essens vanilla )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Karamel :&lt;br /&gt;175 gr  gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt     air jeruk nipis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm   air&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Karamel : jerangkan gula diatas api hingga cair dan kecoklatan, tambahkan air dan air jeruk nipis, angkat dari api. Tuang kedalam cetakan. Dinginkan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur semua bahan lain, aduk hingga larut, lalu saring kedalam cetakan yg sudah berisi caramel tadi.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panggang dengan teknik au bain marie kurleb 20 menit dengan suhu 180 C&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Angkat, dinginkan. Jika ingin menambahkan warna lainnya, misal : merah muda dan hijau, adonan dibagi lagi menjai 2 bagian. Yang jelas makanan ini mengingatkan kita pada jajanan waktu SD doeloe. Karena saking kenyal dan licin,bisa langsung ditelen (kata ibuku "ma' legender") :D. Akhirnya resep ini aku modif dengan mengubah takaran bahan-bahan plus menambahkan ebi ke dalamnya. And this is the final recipe :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;140 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;160 gram tepung&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm merica&lt;br /&gt;3/4 sdm garam&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air&lt;br /&gt;2 batang daun bawang, dipotong tipis-tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt kaldu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 sdm ebi, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;air untuk merebus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur terigu, tapioka dan isrisan bawang. Aduk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan 250 ml air, tambahkan bawang putih halus,merica, garam, ebi dan kaldu bubuk. Rebus sampai mendidih&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan air mendidih sedikit demi sedikit ke campuran terigu  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk adonan sampai dapat liat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah adonan tidak terlalu panas, uleni dengan tangan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan-bulatan, lalu masukan ke dalam air mendidih. Tunggu sampai terapung. Rasa lembut pada pancake disebabkan karena menggunakan buttermilk. Boleh juga ni dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk sarapan ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dalam mangkuk campur:&lt;br /&gt;250 ml buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;165 gr tepung terigu serbaguna&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan :&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm mentega cair&lt;br /&gt;1 btr telur, kocok  lepas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campurkan bahan2 dlm mangkuk sambil diaduk dng whisk sampai tercampur rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang mentega dan telur kedalam adonan, aduk rata, diamkan selama 15 menit sebelum dimasak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan wajan teflon kecil, olesi sedikit mentega, tuang adonan kira2 1 sendok sayur.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biarkan pancake sampai mengeluarkan gelembung2 kecil dan permukaannya kering&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Balik dan masak sampai kecoklatan , angkat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sajikan pancake dengan susu kental manis coklat, sirup strawberry. Membuatnya sangat mudah, tidak perlu mixer, cukup diaduk dengan sendok (tapi jgn overmix ya). Berdasarkan resep ini, menurutku muffin-nya jadi terlalu nyoklat. Mungkin lain kali takaran chocolate chipnya aku kurangi jadi 1/2 cup.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1-1/2 cups all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup white sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup milk&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup melted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chocolate chips (mbak vania pake 3/4 cup)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.&lt;br /&gt;Combine egg, milk and butter and stir into flour mixture. Karena enak, suamiku pun membelikan makanan ini untuk aku di rumah. Dilihat pertama kali penampilannya menarik, karena selain ayam goreng tepung dengan kuah steak (plus taburan bawang goreng), ada saladnya juga (timun,tomat, plus mayones). Wuiih seger nih kayaknya :9, "jadi pengen nyoba buat sendiri", batinku saat itu. Pas gigitan pertama langsung kerasa lada hitam dan saus inggrisnya....enaak. Gigitan kedua dicampur sama saladnya...betul-betul enak dan segeer. Akhirnya aku praktekin juga kemarin dengan resep kira-kira. Nama aslinya sebenernya Ayam Lada Hitam, karena ayamnya aku buat lebih kriuk-kriuk jadilah aku namakan ayam crispy. Hasil coba-cobaku ternyata gak mengecewakan. Celup ke air es.Gulingkan di tepung. Tambah sisa (B) sedikit demi sediakit, uleni hingga kalis&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Diamkan 30 menit di wadah yg ditutup kain. Uleni lagi selama 5 menit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Diamkan kurleb 8 jam hingga adonan mengembang 2 kali lipat.Tanda sudah cukup mengembang dilihat dari adonan elastis dan mudah ditarik&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Bagi adonan sesuai selera, gilas agak tipis sambil ditaburi terigu, potong persegi empat kira-kira tebalnya 15mm dan lebar 0.75 mm, panjangnya sesuai selera&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Ambil dua potong adonan lalu tempelkan dan tekan tengahnya dengan menggunakan sumpit/tusuk sate agar menempel satu sama lain, lalu tarik panjang adonan kira-kira 20 cm /sesuai selera (jangan sampai putus), hingga diperoleh adonan panjang dan tipis, lalu goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas, bolak-balik hingga cakwe mengembang dan kecoklatan warnanya. Tambahkan santan, aduk lagi hingga rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik conthong (segitiga), kasih spuit bintang, semprotkan kedalam loyang tipis yg sudah dioles mentega dan ditabur tepung.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Oven 130 derajat Celcius selama kurleb 40menit….( klo yang ini berdasarkan ovenku lho ). Khas dari pizza ini yaitu ada keju mozarella di bagian pinggirnya, ditambah lagi taburan mozarella yang banyak di toppingnya. Walaupun ini hasil karya pertama-ku, ternyata suamiku suka banget. Tambahkan daging sapi giling, aduk sampai berubah warna.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah mengental, taburkan basil, oregano, gula, dan garam. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Giling adonan pizza bulat dengan tebal 1 cm.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taburkan 100 gram keju mozarella di bagian tepinya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lipat bagian tepi sehingga keju tertutup.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tekan adonan pizza dengan garpu,panggang adonan selama 10 menit lalu oles dengan saus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taburkan bahan taburan dan sisa keju mozarella.
